12. Machinery and Equipment

Customers purchasing heat press machines, printers, spare parts, or other equipment should review applicable specifications and installation requirements before purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable:

Electrical supply
Operating environment
Installation
Maintenance
Consumables
Operator training

Warranty terms, where applicable, may vary according to the product or manufacturer.

Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect voltage, improper installation, unauthorized modification, physical damage, or incompatible consumables may not be covered by warranty.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has:
